Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next cycle.
What happens after the trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
AI features pause until you buy a pack. Token packs are one-time purchases at your tier's rate — there's no surprise overage and we never silently charge.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Yes — unused tokens carry forward, capped at three months from when they entered your wallet. Token packs you buy follow the same rule.
How does storage top-up work?
Add GB above your plan's included storage at the per-GB-month rate for your tier. The top-up renews each billing cycle until you remove it. If a renewal payment fails and you're still over your base allowance, you have 2 days to reduce storage before drawing access is paused — delete and download always stay available.
Is my data secure?
Files on encrypted cloud storage, AES-encrypted secrets, 2FA enforced for admin accounts.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes — full data export in standard formats (Excel, JSON, PDF). No lock-in.
Do you offer annual billing?
