What BOQ Manager is
BOQ Manager is a Bill of Quantities tool for construction quantity surveyors. You create projects, attach drawings, build BOQ sections with rates from a shared spec library, and export priced documents for tender or internal review.
Your first ten minutes
- Create a project. From the Projects screen, click New project. Give it a name, client, and location. The project gets its own BOQ, drawings, and manifest.
- Add a drawing. Open the project, go to Drawings, and upload a PDF. Drawings are tenant-scoped — only your workspace can see them.
- Pick rates from the spec library. Open the Specs screen to see your library, or add new specs as you go. Specs are shared across all projects in your workspace.
- Build BOQ sections. From the project's BOQ tab, add sections and line items. Each item picks a spec, you enter a quantity, and the rate × quantity totals roll up.
- Export. Use the Export menu to produce Excel or PDF outputs ready to send out.
Who can do what
- Admin — billing, team management, tenant settings.
- Editor — create and modify projects, drawings, BOQs, specs.
- Viewer — read-only access.
