Excel export
From the BOQ tab, click Export → Excel. The export includes: - One sheet per section. - A cover sheet with project metadata and a totals roll-up. - The rates and quantities frozen at export time (see "Building a BOQ").
PDF export
Export → PDF uses the active document template. Templates control header, footer, logo, and column layout. Admins manage templates from Document templates in the workspace settings.
Branding
Upload your logo from Settings → Branding. It appears on PDF exports and email notifications. Logos must be PNG or JPG, under 2 MB.
"My export is missing columns"
The most common cause is a custom column being hidden in the column configuration. Open the BOQ, click the Columns popover, ensure the column is enabled, then re-export.
